Shipping

Delivery (shipping) charges are £3.95 per order for UK next working day delivery and £2.95 for a 2-3 working day service. Delivery is FREE on all orders over £100, delivered to UK mainland addresses. I'm afraid we currently can only deliver to addresses in the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands. The delivery charge to Southern Ireland and Channel Islands is £6.95 per order.

In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, the order will not be processed and Aggressive Skate Sale will contact the customer asap.

All items ordered from Aggressive Skate Sale will be delivered via our partnership with DHL. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Your order should be delivered on the next working day after this email is sent between 7:30am - 9:00pm. DHL can deliver on a Saturday, however the charge for this service is £15. If Saturday delivery is required, select the Saturday delivery option when ordering. DHL do not deliver on a Sunday.

Please note that orders placed before 5pm Mon-Friday are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, for next working day or Saturday delivery if requested via our couriers DHL, subject to stock availability and security checks. All orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next working day.

As we require a signature on delivery please consider using your work address as a delivery (shipping) address to ensure we can deliver your item to you, if you would like your goods left with a neighbour or safe at your property please let us know. Our website allows you to track your goods online, simply enter your Aggressive Skate Sale ID (this will be emailed to you) and your password.

Returns

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please complete the returns form accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned goods. There is no time limit to return your goods, all we ask is that they are returned unused and in the original packaging. Please ensure that any returned goods are well packaged, as any damaged goods cannot be refunded.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund your postage costs. If however you are returning unwanted goods or need to exchange for a different size, we're afraid that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel. Any goods returned which are in used condition will only have a refund if they have a manufacturing defect.

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement, as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days so we would be grateful if you could bear with us, we will let you know as soon as any refund has been processed.

Your Right To Cancel

If you order over the phone, by post or online you have the legal right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order simply email us at sales@aggressiveskatesale.co.uk or call 01202 339520 with your order details and we will cancel your order with immediate affect. A full refund will be given for all cancelled orders that are yet to be delivered. If you have received your goods and wish to return them, please follow our returns policy.
